Hii My son is 2 year 11 months old. I wanted to no how much milk intake is necessary at his age. Also which fish is best for him

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello baby at this age would require around 500 ml of milk atleast at this age and you make sure to give your child milk and other dairy products also well in the diet and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination
