Hii my child is 6month old but still he hasn't poop naturally why.. Always he poops with medicine

See for first six months constipation is normal as they are on hundred percent liquid that’s on that case medicines are not recommended or needed to be given uselessly after six months constipation can be seen because when you start giving food to the child they do not have proper digestion and lack of water can lead to constipation so in that case if you increase the intake of fibre and fluid slowly things are going to get better
