Hii. My baby is 3 and half months old. He take vaccine tomorrow but he is suffering from fever after vaccination. His fever is high like 101. 102 please suggest me some medicine

Give pcm drops
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Take adequate water to increase your milk supply
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Do sponging with salt water to reduce temperature
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Try to keep head up position while feeding
