hii I am the mother of a 5 months old baby... I am having trouble feeding since last night... I wore a tight bra for 2 hours yesterday and since then I have developed a lump in one of my breast... even after feeding 3 times it has still not gone away... should I go to a doctor... or will someone get well with treatment at home?

A. Massage properly and do hot compress that is definitely going to help in a lot of cases this kind of a situation can happen and you should regularly do massage and hot compress every day twice or twice this is generally also very good for you
