Hii.. I am a mom of 3 months old baby... My baby head is always on heavy heat and the temperature of head is 94.5. is there any issue regarding this?

A. the baby is only three months of age it is quite natural that in small babies the head will be having larger surface area and more blood supply even sweating is also more in the babies and it is normal
