hii everyone.um 9 weeks pregnant.I have sore throat.did gargles many times but couldn't get relieved.van I take strepsils or vicks

drink warm water with pinch of salt and two drops of ghee ,take it in one tsp quantity every 2 hours.
you can take indirect steam inhalation too
