Hii DR my baby 2 years 3 month old he is not speaking he will sound like animals and he will understand everything but he says mama, papa baby,ab that's all. this type words to talk also we want to force him I am little care care scarry about him plz suggest me what to do and it is any problem we show to Dr also they say some baby talk late plz help me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the language skills of the child vbecause speech will gradually come.
try to avoid tv mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time cwith the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.
