Hii Dr. i planned a journey by train n it's 40 hrs duration so which milk can be given to 2.5 yrs old child.

A. I think it’s best to carry formula milk with yourself because then in a flask you can carry hot water and you can get a hot water heater with you you can carry that and you can give formula milk to the child you can use stage four of any good milk or if I have to suggest you something I would say Similac advance stage four but you have to have proper food also as milk is not going to be enough
