hii doctor, my son he has loose his appetite and its bin three days he is vomiting in the evening , today he is dull and light fevrish. can you please tell the reason

A. vomiting in evening dull feverish keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake you can give oral rehydration solution ORS to baby coconut water butter milk lassi apple banana poha upma khichdi curd give small feeds try comforting having meals
