Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable ahynd do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A Child can pick up by the age of 1 1/2 to 2 years as well up till the time of three years as it is considered completely normal so you should wait for a little more while at least up to the age of 1 1/2 years to 2 years and then let’s see if required you can consult a speech therapist ones
