hii doctor my baby getting cough and cold which medicine should I take he is 4 months old

A. hi as child is too young ,you should not do self medication. its risky. but yes , you may try some safe remedies to cure this like : you may use baby rub i.e. Babyhug rapid relief rub , the power of eucalyptus oil help to reduce the intensity of symptoms
