Q.

Hii doctor.. my baby boy born at 36 weeks and he completed 6months 2 days ago... He is on Lactogen 1 so far.. Can I start giving Lactogen 2 since he completed 6 months? pls advice ( Mother's milk not sufficient since I have twins)

A. As I have mentioned in my query mother's milk is not sufficient since I have twins.

A. why fm for. Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .
