hii doctor mere beta ko doctor ne bataya hai ki rickets ki shikayat hai abhi starting hai dawai bhi diye hai aap btaiye koun se fruit and vegetable ya fir dry fruits de jis se jaldi thik ho jaye ek cheez aur hai meri beti 13 months ki hai use ostrocalcium de sakti hu kya taki use bhi calcium ki kami na ho

A. you can give her ostocalcium.. for him, give vit d n calcium rich food.. Children with low vitamin D also need enough calcium in their diet. Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day . The best way to get your daily dose of vitamin D is by spending time out in the sun.  children should spend time outdoors with areas of their skin uncovered... morning sunlight is good. daily give vit d enrich food like cow milk, orange juice,oatmesl, mushrooms,tofu, orange juice, all dairy products, youghrt, Cheese, egg yolk, soymilk , cereals.

A. To prevent rickets, make sure your child eats foods that contain vitamin D naturally — fatty fish such as salmon and tuna, fish oil and egg yolks — or that have been fortified with vitamin D, such as: Infant formula. Cereal. Bread.
