No it has to mixed with water only so follow the instructions as it already contain milk solids and you can check on the carton of it and prepare accordingly and give a healthy and nutritious diet to the chikd

With milk pediasure, boost, horlicks this way. I give pediasure with milk. If your giving other supplements like u said the powder itself has all nutrients mainly it has milk powder so milk isnt required so you can mix with water. Still with milk too you can. Might be it can be very heavy for baby. Hope it helps
