Hii doctor, I am feeding my baby ,can I have meftal tablet because I am getting unbearable pain when I get my sycle . please suggest me

Avoid self medication as you are a lactating mom please consult a gynecologist and she will guide you better. massage the pain area gently with some coconut oil and foment the pain area with a hot water bag. drink lots of water and keep your self hydrated
