hii doc,my son is 3month old.he has redrashes on his leg and hand??what is the reason??should I worry about it??or it will go by itself??plz check the attachment

A. most of the times the red rashes on the body of the baby are because of allergy sometimes in summer season because of excessive heat also the will be coming you can apply calamine lotion
