hii Doc...my babu is 5 month 20 day old. I felt that he is having irrigation in gums..what medicine we have to give please suggest

Baby may have teething problems
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Take a good care of your baby
