Hie my daughter is 4 month old bt she vomit alot after every feed..with watery poop..now my dr adviced me to change her formula to isomil..now she is habing dark black poop..is this normal

A. hello spitting or vomitting curdle milk is normal n make sure to burp the baby after every feed n any concern then is better to check with ur doctor too
