Hie, My baby is 1yr 10months old.. she has high fever since yesterday.. had taken her to the doctor n medicines r on.. however now I see she has ulcers on her tongue.. kindly help asap.

Thanks alot Doctor.. yesterday her motions were loose in the morning dats ven I gave her O2, which I mentioned to the doctor while I had taken her for physical consultation post that she has not eaten much n having soup little and water lot hence has not passed motions after that. Since doctor is not available today seeking help here

kindly applies zytee gel over the ulcer / paining area in the oral cavity.
you can use your finger to apply the gel and rotate the finger blindly in the oral cavity. do not worry about the ingestion of this gel.
this will only help in decreasing the pain as well as will help in faster healing. it is also advisable to start a multivitamin supplement after consulting the doctor for this procblem.
give fluids to the child.
see that child is not suffering from constipation  
The first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
Give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
To body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
