Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving small quantities of outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk or packet milk. Start giving in small quantities in Babyhug stainless steel glasses or Sippy cups to check the suitability and for better digestion. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids.
