Hi, two weeks before my baby had a fever for 3 days and at the 4th day he had diarrhea followed by stomach pain which lasted for 5 days and stopped gradually and later till today his morning first poop is normal but at the end of pooping he has watery motion only once a day like that. what is the reason is there anything serious Thanks in advance

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so iyuit is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
