Hi today my 7th month started and in the morning I had quite thick milk white discharge for once.is it ok?

Sometimes it is normal and sometimes it could be due to some infection. I would suggest to use vaginal wash on your private area and drink plenty of water to detoxify your body. This will surely help.
If it comes with back pain etc frequently then visit doc for check up.
