hi sir, yesterday my daughter get vaccination shots she had fever 100.5 at afternoon still now also she had the same temperature even I used paracetamol syrup.what to do sir

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she has received her vaccinations injection yesterday and she got a fever upto 100.5 degrees so give her frequent breast feeding and paracetamol 10 drops three times a day
