Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. steam to beguven now. Steam will be helpul in Cough and nasal blockage . Also can use nasoclear nasal drop or nasovion nasal drop for nasal blockage and them give steam to baby . If any respiratory difficulty then conult a pediatrician .

Infections — such as colds, flu or sinusitis — and allergies are frequent causes of nasal congestion and runny nose. Sometimes a congested and runny nose can be caused by irritants such as tobacco smoke and car exhaust.
