Q.
Hi sir, My son is now 8 month old, can I feed him the banana, orrange, apple? He is not sleeping at night, any idea how can we make him sleep.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Give proper tummy full diet to your baby before sleeping. So that baby does not feel hungry at night very much and does it reduces the feeding time
And also for some time sleep in another room which will help baby to avoid feeding at night
avoid day sleeping

the best way to put baby sleep give a good massage before bed
play some soothing soft music as baby is sleeping...
