Hi sir, My son is 5 month old he looks normal and he isn’t gaining weight and he’s completely on formula and and poops 2 to 4 times a day which is watery and sticky in form what should I do

Q. i have to ask you that my baby is 4 months and 12 days old. but he is not having milk just like before and also not weight gaining since one and half months. he also poops in 5 to 6 days.i have consulted to doctor 4 to 5 times doc always told me that baby is fine. but my big concern is that my baby is not gaining weight and looks weak. looks his stomach is always empty. doc told me yesterday that i have to give my baby formula milk after breast feed means one breast feed and second formula milk. but my baby is still not having formula milk with spoon or bottle. i have no idea what to do. plz help
