hi sir, my son is 2.5 year old... at his anus area dark grey color is there. I have attached pic. please suggest the reason and cure thanks

A. the baby is 2 years 5 months of age it is not possible to come and the type of infection baby is having even the colour change also it is better to consult a doctor
