Hi Sir , my son is 18 months old but did not get any teeth. Is that concerning and should I be visiting any doctor for examination ?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes you must visit your pediatrician or dentist for this. offer calcium rich diet like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more. as it might happen because of calcium deficiency. avoid giving RO water. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day which is best for vitamin D formation.
