Hi Sir My lit one turned to 12 months I want to start nuts to him Can u plz tell me how to start and how to give in which food i add??

A. Hey mom, you can start nuts in the powered form in baby's porridges , purees, cerelac, juices or shakes etc..start with less quantity to chk for allergies and then gradually increase the quantity
