Q.

Hi sir, My daughter is 3yrs old. She suffers a lot from Constipation. Can u plz give me any advice to get relief from Constipation

A. In case of emergencies always use suppositories that are going to be good and secondly I’m going to recommend you that you should give prune juice in the night before sleeping and you should apply or is good enough the glass of warm water and include of fibre and liquid into the diet of your child
