hi sir my baby teeth is changing color to grey if i clean with cloth also not going..do i have contact dentist.

Hi Yes you should consult a paediatric dentist because if you’re cleaning the teeth properly they get it is not going then maybe they are getting decayed so it’s better that you once get it checked with your paediatrician because they can give you a better clarity over it and a paediatric dentist would be the right person to go for it
