Q.

hi sir, my baby is having dandruff and itching from starting.. please help me in this.

A. wash off well with shampoo. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.

A. Spoo Shampoo it would be the one of the best things that you can go for you can use it 2 to 3 times in a week it’s a special and so good shampoo for a child who is suffering with dandruff but you know do not use any kind of oil for the time being because it is going to increase dandruff otherwise
