hi sir my 5 months old baby temperature is 97 degree its normal????

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. yes is normal when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child . . with the help of a digital thermometer and if it is 100 f or more then you consider it as fever or when you take the temperature in the oral cavity . of the child and if it is 99 degree fahrenheit then you consider it as fever and then paracetamol is given.

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Yup Absolutely normal because the temperature is under 99° fahrenheit here I would like to tell you that if the temperature crosses 99° then only it is fever below 99° fahrenheit is considered an absolutely normal
