A. For a one-year-old boy, you can introduce whole cow's milk or buffalo milk into his diet. However, there are a few considerations to keep in mind: 1. **Whole Milk**: Ensure that the milk is whole (full-fat) milk, as toddlers need the fat content for healthy growth and brain development. 2. **Gradual Introduction**: Introduce the buffalo milk gradually to see how your baby tolerates it. Some babies may have difficulty digesting it initially. 3. **Boiled Milk**: Always boil buffalo milk before giving it to your child to kill any potential bacteria and ensure it's safe for consumption. 4. **Balanced Diet**: Along with milk, ensure your baby is getting a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins. If your baby shows any signs of intolerance, such as diarrhea, stomach upset, or allergic reactions, stop giving the milk and consult your pediatrician. Always consult your pediatrician before making any significant changes to your baby's diet.
