A. doctor only suggested that medicine, but we forgot about asking the timings to take that medicine,,

Hi You will have to discuss it with your general physician only they can give you the correct timing and as well as they can tell you whether can be used for a 64-year-old person or not please don’t take a recommendation from here because we do need to know the entire history of a person for whom you’re talking about
