Hi Sir/Madam, My son age is 2.10 years, he is speaking only few words, but he is understanding all things doing all activities. He is there any problem with him. please suggest.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural that some babies may be having expressive aphasia they may not be speaking properly all the words interact more with the baby to improve his vocabulary .

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Every baby is different in achieving milestones. Some babies they start to talk late. If ur baby is making eye contact, understand what you are saying, follow ur instructions, speaks few words then no need to worry. It will be fine as baby grows up
