Hi sir /ma'am my son 3 year 4 months he's get heavy cough and fever still 3 days pls suggest me best medicine

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu wherehu most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine givern.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

give peracetamol drops as per instructions given on packet
but do visit your pediatrician,it is important
keep your child well hydrated
you may rub onion slices on chest,back and sole of your child
