hi sir. if the kofarest drops cure sneezing with blockage nose for 3 months old boy?

A. it is advisable to give this medicine only after medical consultation because they have got side effects before 6 months of age and for nasal blockage it is advisable to go for nasal saline drops and breastfeeding at frequent intervals
