hi sir i have 5 years boy & 3 years girl my boy hyper active.. he is not listening at all he makes a lot of mischief he is not eat properly what should he do to be healthy and normal

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby ajwain ark and pomegranate juice for better appetite and also give baby variety of food and also involve baby in some physical activities and outdoor games and divert baby mind when baby show any tantrum.
