hi sir can I give mefanamic acid again if temperature not decreased after giving paracetamol 250 and how much gap can I take for both medicine

A. you should always give Paracetamol and Paracetamol can be repeated after 6 hours. if the fever is not improving in between this 6 hours then only you can give intermediate mefenamic . Paracetamol can be repeated four times per day and the mefenamic acid can be given 3 times per day
