Hi, should I add 1 degree while taking temperature of my 1 year son from armpit?

A. Yes u can add one degree. If u r taking oral temperature then 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit is the normal temperature. If u are taking under the arm pit it can be one degree less and the rectal temperature can be one degree high.
