hi qm 4 month pregnant woman I have severe headache in 3 days please tell me the solution for cure headache

You can apply any good balm and that’s what is going to be beneficial some people get relief even after having tea so basic reasons for headache would probably be improper sleep anxiety stress sometimes when you have acidity that can also lead to major headache issue so you just need to check what is the problem and accordingly you can check with your doctor for a medication that you can take
