hi, myself shivani my boy is very weak every month he will sick, mostly cold and cough, he is under weight too. please suggest me what should I give him, for good immunity, strong bones and weight gain

A. hi shivani.. age of ur child? give immunity booster food like- plvit c enrich fruits, Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, butter, beans , mint juice, milk - milk products..

A. Give immunity rich foods. .best immunity rich foods are. give carrots regularly, include to give a vegetable and fruit everyday. Add garlic and ginger to daily food.Green leafy vegetables. Oats, Wheat, Egg, Fish, More of citrus fruits, Nuts, Mushroom Chicken soup, CabbagePlenty of water, Brown rice, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Give vitamin supplements by checking with your doctor if required On time vaccination is also important to give your kid
