Q.

hi my son is turning 6th month soon. but still his head is not standing strong. always puts his hand in his mouth. and he always sleeps on his stomach.

A. this is commonly considered as normal as per the age ,for this ,you should not worry it is acceptable for now and this may not require any medicine or treatment .the baby will be starting to roll over completely by six months of age and by 3 month uonly partial side rolling is possible as well as complete neck holding will also come only by 5-6 month of age.

A. hi dear For most babies, standing without support won't happen until at least 8 months, and more likely closer to 10 or 11 months (but even up to 15 months is considered normal). To encourage your baby to stand: Put her in your lap with her feet on your legs and help her bounce up and down.
