hi, my son is suffering from gastric from evening,now his body temperature is hot and he is sleeping now,then what can I do now?

A. you should measure the temperature using a thermometer if there is any fever it indicates infection give calpol accordingly and consult your doctor for further treatment regarding this it will be better
