Hi, my son is still not say anyword even not ma...he just says Dede, Ada,na.is it fine or should I consult a doctor.??

No that’s completely fine right now what do you need to do more is to communicate with your child because when you communicate more the child is going to learn to speak more do not give any screen time and try to have more of quality time with your child
