Hi.. My son is passing watery stools after breast feed from last 3 days.. Is dis normal?? Can u suggest any medicine to stop watery stools??

A. He is completely on breastfeed.. No medicine required?? Can it lead to dehydration??

A. the baby is only three months of age if you are giving exclusively mothers feeding the baby that is no need to worry about the consistency colour frequency of the stool baby is passing
