Q.

Hi, my son is currently 7 months old and weighs around 6kg, his birth weight was 3.3, he drinks very less milk since beginning n now after starting solids he hardly drinks milk n cries alot to eat solid, he is not gaining weight pls help what should I do.

A. Namaste Mom, Try to add in flavours & variety to the food offered, at times offer food that is been served from your plate . Make his meal time fun, & avoid force feeding them. prefer home cooked fresh food and natural foods
