Hi... my son is 9months 10days old till today he didn't get even a single teeth ...im using orthodontic pacifier for him to make him sleep as he is very fussy is this cause for not coming teeth..... is this normal plz suggest me

A. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. it's okay if your kid is showing some delay..don't be tensed and wait for some more time
