Q.

Hi My son is 8+ yrs old.He got motion did 6 times. can someone please advise me for the same.

A. Hello dear parent! Avoid milk for now. Include curd and buttermilk to improve your child’s digestion. Give 2 tablespoons of curd mixed with a pinch of methi powder or seeds. It will reduce diarrhoea episodes. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advise. Keep Babyhug medicine spoon handy.
